Poor customer service from the owner. Went on to lecture me about shipping and receiving services. All I needed to do was print a label. I don't mind paying a fee, just don't like being treated poorly. For an independently owned franchise that has nothing to do with ups, I would expect better customer service from an owner of 3 stores for over 13 years. Don't ship here.
I should have left my car running while I dropped off my package with the pre-paid label.
Great staff, great store, and great service. Would highly reccomend if you’re looking for high quality service at a reasonable cost.

Awful. Changed hours without posting the change to the web (UPS truck waited with me,) and the guy would not hold door as I made 3 trips with packages.
Went to get my fingerprints taken today. The machine had to re-read my prints a few times but the girl who was taking my prints was SO RUDE about it. Acted like I was a big stupid idiot for having to retake a few prints. Had a horrible attitude.
Super Awesome customer service.
