Even long lines move faster than expected. Keep a sense of humor!
That poor woman with the short brown hair is always the only one working. I find that it's always crowded, not just around the holidays- but extremely busy at the holidays. I can't believe she was the only one still working the checkout at such a busy time of year. She has always been nice to be, but I've heard her stories of "clerks" being rude from other customers.She is clearly overworked, it's not fair.
Slow or delays mail. Rude employees at the building look like they hate their job.
I will go out of my way to go to another post office even though I live in Dunmore.
